Basic purpose
It can be matched with the assembly line to label the products that have passed through it on a flat or curved surface, achieving online unmanned labeling. For example, it can be matched with a coding conveyor belt to label the objects that have passed through it.
Working principle
Core working principle: The sensor detects the product passing through and sends a signal back to the labeling control system. At the appropriate position, the control system controls the motor to send out the label and attach it to the position where the product is to be labeled. The product flows through the labeling roller, and the label is rolled over, completing the labeling action of one label.
Operation process: Product feeding (connected to the assembly line) ->Product conveying ->Product testing (or receiving external signals) ->Labeling ->Labeling.
